It is made only with pure and natural ingredients, the flavor comes from
the fried up with onions, carrots and garlic.
The smell of smoke coming from white maple is intense,
full of flavor and aroma; it blends masterfully with
the sweet notes of Italian Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
The caloric content is very low while the rich and soft taste
makes it an invaluable contribution to grilled and roasted meat.
The preparation of this specialty is complex and is achieved by
preparing a cold process. The base is made by a delicious
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, a blend of cooked musts of selected grapes
and better wine vinegar, which is then mixed with the mixture
of fried extracts to obtain a smooth and creamy sauce, but with
a strong flavor and a spicy and smoked note.
The only thickener ingredient is the natural gum of xantamo,
added in the processing in a minimum percentage, nothing else.
We do not use starches, caramels, colorings agent, or sugars,
but only excellent ingredients and all the experience of our centuries-old tradition.
It ‘s always advisable to use the sauce as a condiment.
Excellent on all grilled or roasted meat, is also used on French fries and vegetables.
